Over the years I,ve used several brand of detectors while installing alarms for different alarm companies. It was after doing some installs which had specifications stating only two brands of pirs could be used and Pulnix was one of them I decided to use them. Pulnix sensors have been around a long time here in Australia . The one shown in the picture on the right is the unit that I use . Its a ceiling mount sensor and very reliable and attractive unit and reasonably priced.

The other picture below is of the outdoor unit which I use . I have several around the outside of the house. These are more expensive and I use them to trigger my outside cameras and lighting.
