Ir to Relay Interface

Since removing my homebrew ir/video system to make way for Homevision I have had no ir control on my cctv switcher (only via Genesis) . So i purchased an ir kit from my local Jaycar electronics . Unfortunetly it didnt have on board relays so I have added another box to house the relays as seen in the pics..I have saved the ir codes (philips satellite )into HomeVision made up a custom menu and now can select which Camera I wish to look at using my HA Remote.
Pic top left is the ir relay interface sitting on top of the intercom monitor. The lead on the left is the power and the lead on the right is the ir led which is connected to Zone 8 on my FirM Controller.
Pic top right shows a 10 way led bar which I use to display which button was pressed o to 9.. I used this instead of the supplied leds...
Pic bottom left shows the ir pcb..the kit was around $45.00
Pic bottom right shows the relay box and relays with a db15.. The db15 male lead goes to the camera video switcher.....relays were around $3.50 each and both enclosures were around $7.00 each
