At this stage the heartbeat duration is not updated and is fixed to approx 4 minutes ... The Instance is reconfigurable as per Xpl Specs (max 16 chars)

xPL Pic Tvosd commands supported and defaults ..

Commands supported are ... Clear and Write ...
Not supported are Exclusive / Release or Confirm.osd
Exclusive command is seen as a clear command.

Defaults
Maximum numbers ofText characters is 80 .The \n for each new line characters are also part of the text message

Row selection
Can be 1 to 11 ... if none specified then defaults to Row 5 if a value greater than 11 specified then Row 11 selected...

Column selection
Can be 1 to 28 ... if none specified then defaults to Column 1 if a value greater than 28 specified then defaults to 1...

Delay Selection
Can be 1 to 99 seconds .... If none specified then defaults to 20 seconds if a value greater than 99 specified then defaults to 20 ..... If a value of 0 is specified then the message will be static until a new message is received.

Alert Selection
Can be Y or N .....If Y is selected then the message is displayed in Red and blinking on/off..
If N selected message text is displayed in green with no blinking..
No selection defaults to N....
