A couple of Pics of my FirM Jr. FirM Jr is a cat5 based ir repeater system which allows up to six zone rx receivers to be connected to it ...The front has the power on led and two ir jacks....The one on the left is for ir in and the other one is ir out which must be connected to a zone ir splitter...The ir in is opto isolated and allows devices such as Homevision , Cbus,USB UIRT to inject ir signals into the repeater system to control ir enabled kit..The ir received from rx units is available at FirM Jr (ir out jack) and also each room rx unit. When ir is received by FirM Jr the Busy led (red) on each rx unit is lit to indicate to other users that someone is transmitting ir and to wait before transmitting ir..
Have bench tested a couple of units and all appears to work fine..Next is to get the front and rear plates made.Some more FirM Jr pics
